REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. Candidates must have excellent research and writing skills, ability to work independently and possess strong advocacy ability. Strong academic credentials along with entrepreneurial drive, initiative, grit, and a strong work ethic are required. A bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred, though other degrees will be considered if paired with strong work experience. Admission to the State Bar of your office location is required.
