Job Description

**We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support high-quality production through meticulous PCBA Incoming Inspection.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform **100% visual inspection** of PCBA components using a **microscope for 7-8 hours per day** (no automated testing). + Conduct inspections based on **mechanical drawings and IPC specifications** to ensure compliance. + Verify **material flow** through MRB (non-conformance) and IQC (incoming quality). + Identify and document defects, collaborating with production and quality teams for issue resolution. + Maintain and update dashboard presentations for tracking inspection data. + Educate production line assembly operators on product quality standards and best practices. + Provide **mechanical measurement support** to identify potential supplier, design, or manufacturing issues. + Perform **incoming material inspections** on mechanical components and PCBA assemblies. **Qualifications:** + Expired or Active IPC-610 Certification **Logistics:** + Up to $36 based on experience + Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
