NIGHT SHIFT - Schedule: 10 pm - 7 am
Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and dispatch of cruise ship orders, ensuring compliance with each client's specific requirements.
- Enforce company standards for Food Safety, Quality, and Food Security throughout all warehouse operations.
- Coordinate and oversee reorganization and cleaning tasks to maintain optimal work areas for order preparation.
- Validate adherence to internal quality and safety policies.
- Generate, update, and analyze operational reports to plan daily and next-day orders.
- Communicate relevant information promptly to Operations, Sales, and Senior Management.
- Plan and supervise daily activities, set priorities, allocate resources, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Supervise and validate inventory adjustments in the MBA system.
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated orders with Operators within established timeframes.
- Verify that all client orders meet required specifications before dispatch.
- Approve shipping documentation, ensuring it meets order requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders due to product shortages, communicating status updates as needed.
- Maintain continuous control of inventory assigned per client and per order, and report discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Ensure orders scheduled for dispatch the following day are correctly prepared and documented.
