Salary: $115,779 - 196,825 per year Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship with the capability to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust
• Over 5 years of experience as a UI/UX specialist, particularly with intricate user interfaces
• Proficient in 508 compliance testing and design
• Familiarity with projects utilizing Angular 2+
• Expertise in wireframing tasks and tools
• Knowledgeable about design trends, best practices, and related tools
• Proficient in software such as VISIO, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, and others
• Strong understanding of common coding languages including HTML, XML, JavaScript, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in research regarding user behavior and issues; collaborate with users, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
• Alleviate user pain points by simplifying design elements and crafting content in clear language
• Create mockups of websites and interfaces, applying best practices for optimal usability
• Design interface elements like menus, tabs, and other fields using design templates and UI libraries
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of user experience challenges
• Partner with the Business Team to integrate business requirements into the design
• Develop a comprehensive style guide
• Create common component libraries
