We are seeking an experienced Sushi Cook. Qualified candidates will be able to prepare sushi, breakdown fish, prepare hot and cold items. Attention to detail and working as a team is a must. Night and weekend availability is required. Ideal candidates will have NYC fine dining experience. We have pop up outlets throughout the country you will be assisting in our home base in NYC but also be traveling to Florida, Illinois, Tennessee, or California; wherever there is a business need.

This position requires OPEN AVAILABILITY- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends.
We are a new concept in NYC serving Seafood, Sushi, and other Japanese fare; in a high end bar environment. Full menu and full bar offerings 5 days a week.
