Our client, a top-tier national ambulatory healthcare organization, is seeking a dynamic Surgery Center Administrator to lead operations at a high-volume ambulatory surgery center featuring 4 Operating Rooms and 1 Treatment Room . Specialties include ENT, General Surgery, GI, GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Pain Management.

This position is a critical leadership role, responsible for managing the center’s daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving both clinical excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the surgery center to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant clinical services.
• Serve as the liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and department heads.
• Lead all business and clinical operations under the guidance of the Governing Board.
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and evaluate staff performance and development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal agencies, including accrediting bodies.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and billing systems to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement and service expansion.

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or a hospital surgical setting with ASC exposure.
• Strong operational and clinical oversight capabilities in high-volume environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and staff management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and excellent patient experiences.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $145,000–$160,000 (flexible based on experience)
• Bonus: Up to 17% annual target
• Relocation Assistance: $4,000–$8,000 available
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
