Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting and be adept at utilizing various platforms and tools to attract top talent. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a strategic mindset to enhance our recruitment processes. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This Role is responsible for staffing a portfolio of candidates for multiple roles and locations.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize Breezy platform for organization of candidates, postings and assessments
  • Conduct pre interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Manage social media channels for employer branding and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Executives, Office Manager, HR Manager and District Managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Negotiate offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices in recruiting.
  • Conduct background requirements, including employment and education verification
  • Ensure compliance with HR paperwork and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with day one onboarding process
  • Assist with projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition of 500+ candidates a year
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in hiring and recruiting.
  • Experience with BreezyHR is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Background in HR is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
  • Ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to lead generation and talent sourcing.
