Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with a heart for service who aligns with our mission.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in an environment that prioritizes generosity, integrity, and making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments using Google Calendar.
  • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and Docs.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to create emails, templates, and assist with content creation as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and invoicing.
  • Support the management team on special projects or additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for professional use.
  • Professional and friendly phone personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
