- Previous experience leading a project like this would be nice but not required, more concerned with having a PM who can lead from end to end
- Follow PMI Book of knowledge this resource will own project from intake all the way through closure
- Good communication skills, can hold team members accountable
- Someone who can drive a risk to decision
- 5-7 years' experience
- Waterfall methodology
PMP Certification preferred
