Job Description

Are you a passionate and experienced LICSW or LMHC ready to make a significant difference in the lives of young people and their families? We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Community Service Agency (CSA) and provide vital support to youth facing serious emotional challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead with Vision: Provide inspiring leadership, supervision, and training to our dedicated program staff.
Champion the Wraparound Model: Ensure our team consistently implements the ten principles of the Wraparound model in all our work.
Build a Strong Team: Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a supportive and high-performing team.
Provide Expert Supervision: Offer direct 1-1 supervision to Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners.
Be a Reliable Support: Provide 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage, ensuring our clients receive the support they need.
Foster Growth: Help the team grow and develop their skills.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

Education: A Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC licensure.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Leadership: 3 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Preferred Experience: Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program.
Reliability: Access to consistently reliable transportation for community visits.
