### About the Opportunity:
A highly regarded accounting and consulting firm is seeking a Trust and Estates Partner to join the Private Client Group. This leadership role focuses on providing high-net-worth families with comprehensive tax, accounting, and consulting services, with a strong emphasis on tax planning and compliance for individuals, family investment partnerships, trusts, estates, gifts, private foundations, and other wealth management aspects.

As a key advisor, you will help clients navigate the complexities of estate planning, taxation, and wealth preservation, ensuring seamless wealth transitions for future generations. This position offers a dynamic environment, extensive client interaction, and the opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence in private client services.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and goals.
- Develop and implement sophisticated tax, gift, and estate planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency and accomplish family objectives.
- Advise clients on charitable giving, philanthropic initiatives, and the establishment of family foundations or charitable trusts.
- Provide strategic guidance on minimizing estate, gift, and inheritance taxes through effective planning.
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations to ensure clients remain compliant with evolving tax obligations.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel to assist clients in asset protection through trusts, limited liability entities, and family partnerships.
- Partner with legal professionals, financial advisors, and accountants to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.

### Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification required.

Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in private client tax, with a specialization in trusts and estates taxation and planning.
- Deep understanding of federal and state tax laws related to trusts and estates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster strong client relationships.

### Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary in the range of $250,000 to $500,000+, based on experience and expertise.
