We're looking for a Paid Media & Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize direct advertising campaigns and high-converting email marketing strategies for both HighKey and our clients.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital performance, experienced in both ad platforms and email automation, and driven to elevate aesthetic clinic brands through thoughtful strategy and execution.
Ad Strategy & Campaign Execution
Fully manage up to 7 direct ad accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) across HighKey and client accounts.
Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns focused on lead generation for aesthetic clinics.
Collaborate with the creative team on ad content, scripting, and video production aligned with aesthetic trends and target demographics.
Monitor daily ad spend, audience performance, and A/B testing across campaigns.
Analyze lead gen data and ad dashboard insights to improve results week-over-week.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Strategize and write segmented email campaigns for both clients and HighKey's internal marketing.
Build automated workflows, drip campaigns, and nurture sequences to drive consultations and improve conversion rates.
Continuously optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversions with data-backed recommendations.
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice, funnel strategy, and patient psychology within the aesthetics space.
Collaborate with internal teams to align email content with social media, advertising, and PR efforts.
Full-Funnel Optimization
Support marketing funnel buildouts and CRM improvements to ensure leads are properly tracked and nurtured.
Align ad and email messaging with campaign goals and sales handoff processes.
Participate in strategy and analytics meetings to identify opportunities, track KPIs, and proactively improve client results.
*MUST HAVE* Experience in MedSpa and/or Medical Clinic businesses
Proven experience managing paid ad accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Strong track record in email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools)
Experience in high-ticket local and national service-based businesses (preferably medical aesthetics)
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with a conversion mindset
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across creative and tech teams
Analytical thinker with experience interpreting data and making informed decisions
Bonus: Experience in CRM systems and marketing automation (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)
