Job Description
We are a dedicated provider of autism services, behavioral health support, therapeutic interventions, and specialized educational services in childcare, home, and community-based settings. Our team of educational consultants, behavior specialists, and therapeutic service professionals collaborates closely with parents, schools, and childcare centers to deliver intensive early intervention services for children from birth to age three with developmental delays and disabilities.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our team. In this role, you will develop, evaluate, and implement therapy plans while working as part of an interdisciplinary treatment and educational team serving children and their families. Qualifications & Professional Skills:
Licensure: Must hold proper licensure in Counseling.
Education: Master's degree required.
Experience: At least one year of experience working with school-aged children.
Cultural Competence: Ability to interact with colleagues and families with respect, fairness, and sensitivity.
Relationship Building: Strong ability to foster professional and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress as outlined in their care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
Stay informed about available community resources and assist clients in accessing appropriate support services.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, meetings, and therapy sessions.
Collaborate with care teams and refer clients to community-based resources as needed.
