Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people, workplace culture, and driving HR initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits management, compliance, and staff development. You'll play a key role in creating policies and processes that support both the company's goals and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead and implement HR programs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring best practices.
Develop departmental goals and strategies, providing leadership in performance evaluation and employee engagement.
Manage recruiting and hiring practices to attract top talent and enhance the onboarding experience.
Serve as a key interviewer for management and executive positions.
Partner with leadership to communicate and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting high morale and motivation among employees.
Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment and addressing employee concerns.
Provide training and coaching to managers on effective communication, feedback, and leadership.
Conduct investigations as necessary to resolve employee concerns in a fair and ethical manner.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and federal employment regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Experience advising and coaching managers on employee development and performance management.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Broad HR generalist experience with a strong focus on ethics, customer service, and collaboration.
Proven ability to implement HR initiatives that drive positive change within an organization.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the company.
