POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading strategic efforts to attract, hire, and retain top clinical and non-clinical talent within the organization. This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process while also developing and implementing employee retention initiatives that support long-term workforce stability. The manager collaborates with leadership across departments to ensure the organization’s staffing and engagement goals are met in alignment with its mission, values, and operational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a wide range of healthcare roles, including providers, nurses, administrative staff, and allied health professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment with workforce planning objectives.
  • Post job openings across appropriate platforms and maintain accurate job listings. 
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications in alignment with job requirements. 
  • Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) utilization and optimization; generate recruiting metrics and dashboards to report progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, and healthcare industry-specific hiring standards.
  • Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, including social media outreach, job fairs, and partnerships with schools and professional organizations.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent community development.
  • Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Monitor recruitment-related KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. 
  • Identify trends in turnover and collaborate with leadership to address root causes. 
  • Prepare and present recruitment and retention reports to the Director of Human Resources 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a healthcare setting. 
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance practices. 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
