Tashca – Portuguese Tavern & Wine Bar

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for executing the menu developed by a prominent Head Chef from Portugal, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage of service. This is an incredible opportunity to help build a project from the ground up, under the mentorship of a highly respected and talented Chef.

Tashca is a tavern-style eatery. The menu is intentionally simple, featuring fast-casual Portuguese bites alongside a small selection of more substantial dishes. While the food is approachable, execution standards are high.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the menu with precision and consistency

  • Maintain quality, presentation, and timing during service

  • Support daily kitchen operations and service flow

  • Stay highly responsive in a fast-paced environment
