No prior event experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training , personalized mentorship, and clear pathways for career growth into event management , branding , and leadership positions.
Represent major client brands at live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
Assist with event logistics including setup, takedown, and on-site coordination
Engage attendees to build brand awareness, spark interest, and foster customer relationships
Support marketing teams by executing brand strategies and gathering audience feedback
Manage marketing materials and maintain eye-catching, on-brand displays
Deliver outstanding customer service to uphold a positive brand image
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
Professional appearance paired with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Reliable, energetic team players who thrive in fast-paced environments
Self-starters with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
Comfortable working in people-facing roles
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or events is a plus—but not required
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
