Planters Inn on Reynolds Square is a charming boutique hotel steeped in Southern hospitality. Nestled in the vibrant and historic district of Savannah, we pride ourselves on providing our guests with an unforgettable experience that blends timeless elegance with modern comfort.
As an Evening Hotel Front Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Answering guest inquiries about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Managing reservations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Handling phone calls and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth evening operations.

- Has a friendly, approachable demeanor and enjoys working with people.
- Is detail-oriented and organized, with great multitasking skills.
- Communicates effectively and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
