As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be involved in various aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, and catering services.
• Support the development of event timelines and schedules to ensure all aspects are on track.
• Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events through social media and other platforms.
• Coordinate guest lists and RSVP management for events to ensure accurate attendance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
