Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic events team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced event planners and coordinators, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event management. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will help coordinate and execute a wide range of events, including corporate functions, trade shows, conferences, and social gatherings. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing a variety of events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the event planning process.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting events through social media and other channels.
• Prepare and maintain event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
