Job Description

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide a positive and professional support experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a prompt and professional manner
Assist customers with troubleshooting product or service issues
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation as needed
Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
A customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable using basic customer support tools (training provided)
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends if needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus
Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar is an advantage
Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a bonus
