Job Description

Summit Skilled Solution is hiring  Conveyor Electricians for a food-grade conveyor project in the Kansas City, MO area. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5+ years of verifiable industrial electrical experience. Some robotic experience is preferred but not required.  If you do not pride yourself in clean, meticulous, attention to detail work please do not apply. Candidates with pics of past work showing this are preferred. Must have basic hand tools, OSHA 10 card/cert REQUIRED. Must be clean cut and have a professional appearance.

Conveyor Electrician Responsibilities:

• Cable/tray work- "plug n play"
• NO high-voltage work
• Attention to detail, clean labeling and uniform tie strapping required
• Neat and pristine work required- pics documenting work a PLUS
• AC/DC Power
• Bend EMT / Rigid
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes
• Must be able and willing to track time/attendance using free downloadable app

Conveyor Electrician Qualifications:

• 5+ Years previous verifiable industrial electrical experience
• 3+ Years conveyor experience
• Previous robotic experience preferred but not required
• Attention to detail, clean labeling and uniform tie strapping required
• Read prints/drawings and effectively execute installation of various equipment and electrical systems
• Must possess basic hand tools including cordless drill and proper PPE
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must
• Must pass drug screen. No background check
• Must have OSHA 10 in your possession
• Must have smart phone and be able to download free time keeping ad

Conveyor Electrician Compensation:

• $32/hr 
• $100/day per diem for 7 days if all 6 worked
• Working 5/10s and 8 on Saturday for 58 hours a week
• Guaranteed weekly OT
