Job Description

Description We are in search of a Controller/Finance Manager to join our organization based in Torrance, California. The role involves the management of accounting functions, utilization of various accounting software systems, and engagement with financial services. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Auditing - Utilize accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur for efficient financial management - Manufacturing industry experience - 4+ years of experience - Collaborate with ADP - Financial Services for improved financial operations - Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlined business processes - Supervise and manage billing functions to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers - Oversee the preparation and evaluation of annual revenue reports - Ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive financial records - Resolve any financial discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to finance - Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements - Possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems - Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required - Proficiency in manufacturing accounting is a must - Comfortability with client facing meetings and working with investment partners to achieve financial goals as a company - Expertise in Concur is desirable - Must be well-versed with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning - Ability to handle all Accounting Functions effectively - Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management - Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) - Experience in Auditing is mandatory - Capable of handling all Billing Functions - Experience in managing Annual Revenue is required Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
