Content Strategist
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
UX writing experience concentrating on web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design.
Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing.
Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Sketch, InVision and other common software platforms.
Good to have background or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work directly and collaboratively with your Design team and business partners to develop and produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels.
Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work within project parameters.
Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice.
Simplify the customer experience through succinct, thoughtful and enjoyable microcopy.
Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides.
Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs.
Salary Range- $90,000-$125,000 a year
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
