Job Description

**Description** Plan, organize, and coordinate projects in the Tenant Improvement space. Planning and coordinating a job, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the job is completed on time and within budget. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs. Assist in developing project schedules and phasing plans. Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards.
