A client of ours, a premier provider of high-end commercial office furniture solutions, is urgently seeking an Interior Designer to join their growing Fort Myers team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with prestigious commercial clients and industry-leading brands such as Herman Miller, Knoll, and Haworth.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (required)
• Experience in commercial interiors with a focus on furniture dealerships or manufacturers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CET Design software
• Strong skills in space planning, client presentations, and furniture/material specification
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and project teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales staff to deliver customized, profitable project designs
• Conduct client discovery sessions and lead showroom presentations
• Develop detailed space plans, 3D renderings, finish selections, and furniture specifications
• Prepare AutoCAD and CET drawings, installation layouts, and bill of materials
• Participate in job site visits, inspections, and oversee installation coordination
• Compile and manage all documentation for order submission and approvals
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
