Do you have a passion for coffee and a talent for leading exceptional café teams? We’re looking for a Coffee Bar Manager to bring innovation, hospitality, and operational excellence to our café experience within the Google Food Program in Kirkland, WA.
In this role, you’ll blend your love of specialty coffee with leadership and operational skills to manage day-to-day café functions—ensuring every cup, customer interaction, and team shift reflects high standards of service and quality.

Lead, hire, train, and coach baristas and café team members
Create memorable coffee experiences while ensuring smooth, guest-focused operations
Drive promotions, seasonal offerings, and coffee-related events within the café
Maintain compliance with sanitation, health, and safety standards
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance revenue and efficiency
Manage daily administrative duties, inventory, and quality control
Ensure proper use and maintenance of all coffee and food service equipment
Collaborate with culinary and hospitality leaders to deliver best-in-class service
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
1–3 years of coffee shop or café management experience (corporate, restaurant, or specialty coffee)
Strong leadership skills and passion for team development
Knowledge of coffee trends, equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and café service models
Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and daily cash handling
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
ServSafe and WA State Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
