Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $40,000 + opportunity to earn $7,000 - $10,000 in commission

What You'll Do:
Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate leads and close sales
Assess customer needs and provide expert guidance on insurance products
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Meet and exceed sales targets through continuous prospecting and follow-ups
Stay informed on industry trends and insurance products to provide reliable solutions to customers
What We're Looking For:
Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses (state-specific requirements apply)
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results
Customer-Focused: Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions
