Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: South Jordan, Utah (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Contract Length: 3 months
Job Responsibilities
Review money movement transactions for accuracy and compliance
Confirm all transaction details match and adhere to policy
Follow regulatory guidelines and internal protocols
Not a call center role - primarily administrative review and validation
Transition from training to live production floor
Candidate Requirements
Administrative background is good to have; finance experience is a bonus
Degree strongly preferred - open to various backgrounds
Detail-oriented, excellent communication, strong work ethic
Must use two monitors when working remotely
2 weeks onsite training strongly preferred
Willing to learn, committed to process accuracy
